unit 60 colorado

would like some info on deer hunting in unit 60. Are the areas around Sinbad Valley, John Brown Canyon, Cottonwood Canyon open to public hunting? If not ,what areas in 60 would be? Would 3rd rifle season be the best season. Thanks semper fi
