when is the deadline for joining the program and how do you get signed up? i cant seem to find anything on the divisions web site? thanks for your help!

ok another question that the proclamation doest answer is can i do my service hours in the northern region, but get a southern region deer tag? thanks again

You can do your hours anywhere and the deadline is Jan. 31. You can register online in Jan.

You can do the hours anywere, you don't have to do them in the area you are spcified for.
