Looks like you you want to hunt deer in utah, and you dont already have your tag, your SOL. they sold out of Northern region tags yesterday!

Got mine but only because the archery tags sold out and the north was the only thing left at the time. So all deer tags are sold out? Muzzleloader? Is hunting growing that much in popularity in Utah or is it just the massive population increase in the last ten years? No more procrastinating for me, get the tags early!
