Hey Muley Madness Crew,
Long time spectator first time instigator here in the forums. I was wondering if anyone could provide some information for me on an extended archery tag my brother has. I am traveling out there to help him with the hunt but not sure were to take him. He hasn't been able to hunt since he got back from a tour in Afghanistan so I want to try and help him hook up. He has mentioned the Spring City Area, but I have no idea what to do. I left the state 10 years ago so I don't have a good bead on locations any more.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

I could never figure why the DWR stuck this extended hunt in this area… I think someone must have donated a lot of $$$$.... lol Someone’s in bed with somebody on this one! :-$
I appreciate the input.
with it. It was put in place to help keep trouble some bulls out of Sanpete valley and has
worked for the most part. But land owners have gotten very fussy over trespass fees.
Very, very little public ground, Spring City would be a good spot IF you gain access.
There are the two public WMAs just south of there, but the elk have not stayed there
long the last few years , they just seem to pass right through there.
