I have always liked the native cave paintings (even though those aren't painted). There are a few places to find them in SE Idaho if you know where to go.

Good news for you utah boys!! :thumb

We put four rams on the Newfies that are 8+ yr olds along with 20 2-7 year old rams. The one ram is a 'booner' and two others are right there.

We also released two 'booners' on the Stansbury's and the possibility of a tag or two for this unit in 2009 or 2010 is very high. Three years ago there were ZERO sheep on the Stansbury's, today there is 105.

It was cold but a great experience to be a part of. I got to spend two days with a bunch of great guys, counting 20+ DWR biologists that were more than willing to answer my many questions regarding big game management.
