Utah Unit 9a mule deer

Hi Guys,
I'm new to the site, looks pretty cool. My buddy and I got drawn in Utah for mule deer in Unit 9a, we were so surprised because this was our 3rd choice. We're from Arizona and are not going to get a chance to do actual prescouting up there. I haven't had any luck finding info. On this unit or hunt. I even emailed the game manager of the unit without any success. I was wondering if anyone could give us some pointers or places to start. We've looked at the unit and it seems like there's private property along the south and the res. going thru the middle and the Ashley National Forest on the north part of the unit. I'd appreciate any help. Thank you in advance.

I hate to say it but the only thing I know about that unit is the deer numbers are down but I hope you have a good time anyway and someone can help you.
