I have trying to upload video to the site but it won't work. I am using windows movie files which it says are approved but I get an error message saying "empty file" Can anyone help

simply means the file is to big. It has to be 4 MB or lower as the server and PHP which the forum uses run won't allow the upload of a bigger size than that.
