I am looking at getting a Vortex Skyline 20-60x80 Spotting Scope
I am just wondering if anyone has used the MK 1 QR Digital Camera Adapter from vortex with the spotter..
I watched the youtube video demo of the adapter and it looked sweet!!

I liked the fact that you could spot the animal in the scope and then add the camera easily to the adapter rather than all the other ones where when you try to put the camera on you bump the scope off way bad!! So you end up just trying to find the animal in the camera viewfinder.. Hate that!!
So hopefully you guys can give me a better review of the stuff before I fork out all the bucks.. thanks

I was super impressed at how the pictures turned out. I set the camera on a 2 second delay so that I could touch the button and leave it alone. Everything was rock steady when it snaps the pictures. Sometimes I can be a little heavy handed. The deer was around 150+ yards.
I can't wait to use it this summer/fall. Here are a few pics that I took freehand before I had the camera adapter. Not bad, just not as sharp.
The deer was at or around 300 + yards
The moose was across a huge canyon, guesstimated 500+ yards.
You'll have to post some pics to the thread when you take some. My next pics hopefully will be of a turkey... I've got to find a couple for me to chase in a month.
