wasatch archery elk

So I drew the Wasatch Archery Elk and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction to start scouting for good areas the elk use. I have not hunted this area and I am willing to get in there and spend the time to look. any Info on previous hunts or where to start looking would be very helpful. Thanks to all of you

I know this area very well. I have killed many cows on the archery hunt up there and helped my aunt get a cool looking bull last year on the rifle hunt. pm me if you want to and i can give you some places to check out.

Congrats! Just curious, how many points it take to draw? I haven't hunted the area so I cant help a whole lot but I have heard it gets quite a few hunters. Its a good time to draw the Wasatch tag as the trophy quality is above objective. Get off of the roads and into the nasty stuff and i'm sure you'll get on some good bulls. Good luck on a great tag!
