Well..........

I drew my bow back last night for the first itme since my injury, I did not draw an arrow though. Needless to say I could not shoot very many as my arm strength is not up to par yet....releasing a arrow might me be a different story.

Now the bad news...I have two lumps on my palm.....my theapist believes them to both be some sort of arrow pieces..... ](*,) ](*,)

That's good news, not the arrow pieces but the fact you're healing and able to draw the bow back. Best of continued success!

Did they do an xray?

With as much as what goes on inside your hand if there are any pieces remaining I would want to get them out.

Xrays do not show carbon pieces...must be a MRI......I have a orthopedic appointment on tuesday....we will decide what to do then.
