what a difficult week

Yesterday, my daughter had to say goodby to one of her best friends. Her horse "Ready".
we were up all night Monday with the horse and had the vet over but by Wed. we had to rush him to Salt Lake and put him on an iv. Some of the best vets in the state had been working on him but in the end Ready was living on borrowed time. My daughter made the decision to have him put down. They were planning on competing in the state 4H finals two weeks from today.
I am very proud of my little girl for being so strong through this very tough time.

Sorry for her loss, but grateful that she has a good dad to teach her and support her during lifes hard lessons, undoubtedly something she will someday pass on.---------SS
