What to use to fix an antler

I have a buck with a horn shot off. there is a big missing gap that vaporized. I can attach the top to the bottom with stiff wire, but I don't know what to fill it in with. Bondo sounded good, but it takes forever to set up and the only cream hardener I have is red. Or we have some special paper mache stuff that sets up real fast and is strong, but I'm not sure if I can sand it and sculpt it like I want to. Any suggestions?

Make a mold off of the tine on the side with hot glue or silacone;(spray a release agent on it first).pour your new tine out of (pour-a-kast);(available at a taxidermy supply co.).Drill hole in antler and tine, insert wire and put together with (sculpt all);(also available at taxi.supply co.)let dry over night, thenstain with light brown skin dye;wipe off with dry cloth then stain with dark brown;wipe off until desired color is achived.

Problem is, the other side is way smaller. I found some stuff called epoxy sculpt that should work well, I'll just have to put in a lot of time to get it right.

I've got part done. The back of the horn got blown off in a big chunk (piece came off lengthwise) i bondoed it and clamped it, walla. The top fork was split. I drilled a hole through both pieces, put in a piece of coat hanger, and bondoed it up good, clamped it, all good to go. Next, there was a large gap between the fork piece and main part of the horn. I had a small piece that connected them on the inside, but couldn't figure out how to strengthen it to fill in with the epoxy sculpt. I used that magic putty stuff, it's sweet! I connected the little piece to the fork and main part of the horn, then filled up and connected it all with a good sized ball of magic putty. Now I can pick it up by the part that was broken off. I may get to fill it in tomorrow, I'll post pics when the project is done.
