What type of animal and why

My kids asked me the other night if i could hunt any animal what type would it be and why. I told them i would like to hunt a moose in Alaska with them when they are older. So now lets hear yours.

I have been trying to figure out how to get myself on a caribou hunt after tasting some caribou meat a year or two ago. I think it would be very exciting to hunt mountain caribou with a bow.

Any of the North American Sheep, unless my ship comes in big horns are the only ones I'll get to hunt. then brown bear.

I would go to the Yukon and hunt moose. After that I would go to British Columbia and hunt bear. I would want the moose because it would fill up an empty wall I have above the stairs really nice.....oneday?

mine was moose and after getting a tag in 08 i got a taste for it and i want to do it again very very very badly.im bummed its onyl a oil...alaskan moose would be awesome but id settle for another shiras. but i would love to hunt all the north american species i can.
i believe im gonna aim for henrys bison this year

My next big dream is to draw for my Kamas Moose and Lion.
I would love to get a 400 class bull elk. My elk hunt last year was so much fun and cant wait to do it again. Last years bear was a absolute blast. Love to hear those hounds bawling and see the big ol brute up in the tree.
