Which states have "over the counter" tags?

I was just wondering which states have over-the-counter tags for bull/buck elk, mule deer, and antelope? I know Idaho has over-the-counter tags. Archery, rifle, or muzzleloader for any season, early or late, it doesn’t matter. Of those available, which ones are worth buying? Thanks for any info.
By the way, this year I was in Idaho on my first elk ever and got a bull with a bow on the first day of my DIY hunt. Just a 5x5 but I will take it! Beginners luck I guess!

Hard to plan a hunt far in advance with small children. Would like to find over the counter tags and cash in some frequent flyer miles for a last minute hunt.
For the past several years all the general deer tags in Utah have gone in the draw, however we're all going to have to re-learn the system because of some pretty significant changes to the general deer hunt here.
General elk tags are only offered OTC, so that's you're best bet to hunt every year. They still had tags available for each hunt a couple days before the openers. Limited entry tags all go in the draw.
Antelope is hit & miss, but most of the time they are gone in the draw.
