WY Preference Point Question

I havent hunted WY and had a preference point question for antelope. Is there a way that I can hunt antelope bucks and still accumulate a point? I already have one and would like to eventually hunt one of the "trophy" units. Thanks

Yes you can.
Put in for a unit that has very limited chances for success as your first choice. Put in for a unit that has nearly 100% success for your second choice. When you don't draw the first choice, you get a preference point. You should get your second choice which will allow you to hunt a buck and still get the preference point.
