wyoming deer and antelope units

I have max points and my dad is one shy of max in Wyoming for Deer and Antelope. We plan on camping and looking for units to hunt in. We plan on hunting for 10 days and would like to hunt both animals in the same unit or close by. Anyone have some suggestions? We have no problem walking. This is my first post.

Even if you both had max points it would be a challenge for you to hunt the "top" units in Wyoming for either deer or antelope, let alone both. You could easily draw region G or H for deer, but you will have a hard time finding much in terms of antelope in those units. You could potentially do G for deer and 93 for antelope, but you will find that they generally don't hang out in the same areas. You're best bet may be Region K for deer and one of the antelope units in that region. I don't know that area very well, but I think you could do OK. As an aside, reports coming out of Wyoming indicate that the deer herd took a beating last winter and both numbers and quality are down.
