Wyoming East of Sheridan

I am researching a hunt in a couple of years. A combo Antelope, Mule deer hunt any sugestions are welcome. Outfitter Vs Trepass Fee? Units? I was researching Deer Unit C, Antelope units 15,17,18,19. Any advice would be Helpfull. thanks
