Wyoming Meat Processers??

Hi guys, me and a couple buddies are making our 1st trip out west in September to bow hunt mulies in the Big Horns. We will be hunting region Y and staying at the East Fork campground. I believe the closest town is Buffalo or Sheridan and was wondering if there were any butcher shops close by?? Any info would be much appreciated.
