Wyoming PP Question

From what I understand I am able to purchase just a Preference Point between July 1st-Spetember 30th. I am wanting to get Mule Deer and Antelope points. Do I have to purchase a license as well or just the point?

Just need to buy the point, $30 for the goat and $40 for a deer point. $50 for a elk if you decide you want one of them too!!
