X3A hunting info

I finally drew the X3A tag, my father-in-law and I have been putting in for several years now and we got it! Hopefully with enough research and scouting we can be productive. We drew the X3B tag 6 years ago and were not impressed with the numbers, so we have been hoping for X3A to be promising. I have heard of others doing well in the past. Does anyone have any pointers as to where to start our scouting, which we are very excited to get going on! Thank you for any info.
