I'm also in the AF, but I'm at Cannon AFB. Kirtland is pretty nice since your right in the mountains but you also have the city. I have to drive whenever I want to go anywhere! Even a simple camping trip in the mountains with the family is around 2 1/2 hours away. What do you do in the AF?
