i have narrowed my choices down to these three spotting scopes. Has anyone owned one of these? I believe the pentax is about 700 wiht the eyepiece and the meopta is about 900 and the nikon is about 1100.........need this scope for high country mule deer and elk hutning. thanks.

If you are going to spend 1100.00 on the Nikon I personally would spent a little more and just get the Swaro.
I was in the same situation last year. I couldnt decide on the Nikon, Zeiss or spending a little more money and getting the Swaro. I got the Swaro and love it!

leapold has a spotter that i believe is 1100 and it is pretty impressive!

when i have posted on forums regaurding the new leupold i have gotten feedback that they dont' compare with the three i mentioned.
